摘　　要：分析了取代PVA上浆带来的主要困难和问题,通过在CJ7.29/7.29 594/598 172.5 cm防羽布经纱上浆中的成功实践,重点分析了取代PVA上浆的浆料选择和压浆力设定,研究提出了取代PVA上浆的主要技术措施。In this paper, the difficulties and problems of substitute-PVA sizing were analyzed, based on the successful sizing practice on warp yarn in down-proof fabric of CJT. 29/7.29 594/598 172.5 cm, and the selection of size and setting of squeezing force were studied. Thus some main technical measures of substitute-PVA sizing were suggested.
