摘 要:甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)裂解制异丁烯装置引入机械压缩式热泵进行低温余热的回收。通过分析该装置的用能情况,选择了甲醇回收塔塔顶温度为65.8℃的物流作为低温热源,冷凝器E101和E105作为低温热阱,两个冷凝器采用并联的方式。热泵形式采用二级复叠式热泵,低温级选取R143,高温级选取R123作为热泵的工质。通过引入热泵,可节省循环水负荷790.84 kW,节省蒸汽负荷1262.20 kW,增加了压缩机功耗471.21 kW。通过经济评价得出设备回收期为1.97年,方案经济合理,节能效果显著。Importing mechanical compression heat pump to recover the low temperature waste heat in the device of MTBE cracking to isobutylene. Based on the energy utilization analysis of the device, selects the 65.8 ℃ stream at the top of methanol recovery column as the low temperature heat source, E101 and El05 as the low temperature heat sinks, and the two condensers connect in parallel. Two-stage cascade heat pump is adopted with R134 as the working fluid at low temperature and R123 at high temperature. By importing heat pumps, it could save 790.84 kW circulating water load and l 262.20 kW steam load, and increase 471.21 kW compressor power consumption. Economic evaluation concludes that equipment investment payback period is 1.97 years. The scheme is economic and reasonable with remarkable energy-saving effect.
