影响患病新生儿母乳喂养的相关因素及调查分析  被引量:3

摘  要:目的探讨分析影响患病新生儿母乳喂养的相关因素,为临床指导患病新生儿母乳喂养提供理论依据。方法回顾性分析2011年11月至2012年4月之间患病在我科住院的360例新生儿母乳喂养情况,统计学分析影响因素对母乳喂养率的影响,P〈0.05有显著性差异。结果对新生儿母乳喂养率影响因素分析,发现开奶时间早与开奶时间晚之间有显著性差异(P〈0.05),自然分娩与剖宫产之间有显著性差异(P〈0.05),开奶前后未使用奶瓶与使用奶瓶之间有显著差异(P〈0.05),母婴同室与母婴分离之间有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。对患儿母亲进行母乳教育后母乳喂养成功524例(90%)。结论影响患病新生儿母乳喂养的相关因素主要有开奶时间、分娩方式、是否使用奶瓶、母婴是否分离,对患儿母亲进行母乳喂养教育可以显著提高母乳喂养率。因此我们在指导患儿母亲进行母乳喂养时,应该综合考虑上述因素,以确保母乳喂养的顺利进行。objective to study the effects of related factors on sick newborns breastfeeding,as to provide theoretical basis for clinical guidance of sick newborns breastfeeding.Metbods a retrospective analysis in November 2011 to April 2012,360 cases of neonatal ill hospitalized in our department between breastfeeding,statistical analysis of the effect of impact factors on the mother's milk feeding rate,P〈0.05,there are significant differences.Results for newborns breastfeeding rate influence factor analysis,found that open the milk between earlier and later open milk time had significant difference (P〈0.05),there are significant differences between natural delivery and cesarean section (P〈0.05),before and after the milk between unused bottles and used bottles have significant difference (P〈0.05),with maternal and infant rooming-in separation between have significant difference (P〈0.05).For children with mothers breast-feeding after breast education successfully in 324 cases (90%).Conclusion influence of sick newborns breastfeeding are the major factors related to time,delivery methods,whether to use milk bottles,whether maternal separation,for children with mothers to breastfeed education can significantly improve breastfeeding rates.So when we in guiding children with mothers to breastfeed,should be taken into account the above factors,to ensure smooth progression of breastfeeding.
