肱骨髁间骨折56例手术治疗临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路Y型钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折的临床疗效。方法对2006年3月-2012年5月我院收治的56例肱骨髁间骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，所有患者手术入路均采用尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路，内固定方法予Y型钢板内固定治疗，术后早期行功能锻炼。结果56例患者均获随访，时间10-56个月，平均21个月，参考创伤骨科学会（OTA）公布的肱骨髁骨折评分系统评定肘关节功能，优51例，良20例，可4例，差1例，优良率达91．07％。且切口I期愈合率为100％。结论经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路显露肱骨髁间骨折，显露充分，Y型钢板能提供有效固定，早期行功能锻炼，可取得满意的治疗效果，优良率及切口I期愈合率高，值得推广。objective To investigate the clinical effect of olecranon osteotomy approach Y plate internal fixation for treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus.Methods the clinical data of 56 cases of patients with fracture of humeral condyle in 2006 March -2012 year in May in our hospital were retrospectively reviewed,all the patients with operation approach of olecranon osteotomy approach,internal fixation methods to treat Y plate internal fixation,and early postoperative functional exercise.Results 56 patients were followed up for 10-36 months,average 21 months,reference,Department of orthopedics and Trauma Association （OTA） scoring system of function of elbow joint fracture published condyle of humerus,31 cases were excellent,good in 20 cases,4 cases,poor in 1 cases,the excellent and good rate was 91.07%.And incision healing rate was 100%.Conclusion the olecranon osteotomy revealed humeral intercondylar fractures,expose,type Y plate can provide effective fixation,early functional exercise,can obtain satisfactory curative effect,high healing rate of excellent and good rate and incision in stage I ,worthy of promotion.
