改良型口咽通气导管对有机磷农药中毒洗胃的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察使用改良型口咽通气导管对有机磷农药中毒洗胃的效果。方法将100例有机磷农药中毒洗胃病人随机分为对照组（50例）和观察组（50例），对照组采用传统型口咽通气导管，观察组采用改良型口咽通气导管，比较2组胃管固定不良反应、洗胃时间和不良反应。结果观察组胃管固定不良反应、洗胃不良反应低于对照组，洗胃时间短于对照缸，差异有显著性（均P〈0．05）。结论改良型口咽通气导管可以在洗胃过程中对胃管固定起作用，能降低洗胃的时间，保持病人呼吸道通畅，提高有机磷农药中毒病人的抢救成功率。Objective Observed using improved oropharyngeal airway lavage catheter for organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Method Will wash the stomach disease, 100 cases of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were randomly divided into control group （50 cases） and observation group （50 cases） and control group using conventional oropharyngeal airway tube, observation group adopts the improved oropharyngeal airway tube, compared two groups adverse reactions, gastric lavage gastric tube fixed time and adverse reactions. Result Observation group adverse reactions, gastric lavage gastric tube fixed the adverse reaction is lower than the control group, the gastric lavage was shorter than the control group, with significant difference （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion Improved oropharyngeal airway tube can be in the process of gastric lavage for stomach tube fixed effect, can reduce the time of gastric lavage, keep respiratory tract unobstructed, patients of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients rescue success rate.
