对胃肠手术后患者进行早期肠内营养支持治疗临床效果的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨早期肠内营养支持对胃肠术后患者恢复的影响。方法本次共选取100例胃肠手术患者，随机分组就标准肠外营养（对照组）与早期肠内营养支持（观察组）预后比较。结果观察组饮食、肠道排气功能、排便功能恢复时间均早于对照组（P〈0．05），住院时间、费用均少于对照组（P〈0．05），静脉炎率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组Na^＋、ALB、K^＋、Ca^2＋等生化指标无差异（P〉0．05）。结论胃肠术后早期行肠内营养支持可缩短病程，加快机体康复进程，安全，具有较高应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition support on recovery of patients after gastrointestinal surgery. Method the 100 cases of patients with gastrointestinal operation were selected, randomly divided standard parenteral nutrition （control group） and early enteral nutrition support （observation group） prognosis. Results diet, bowel exhaust function, bowel function recovery time was earlier than that of the control group were （P〈0.05）, hospitalization time, costs were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, phlebitis rate lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. No difference between the two groups of NA^＋, ALB, K^＋, Ca^2＋ and other biochemical indexes （P〉0.05）. Conclusion gastrointestinal postoperative early enteral nutrition support can shorten the course of disease, accelerate the rehabilitation process, security, has higher application value.
