摘  要:以水泥为基体材料,利用稀土发光材料、反光材料制备出水泥基发光材料(Luminescent Cementitious Mate-rials,简称LCM),采用强度试验、荧光分光光度计、亮度计、ESEM等测试手段研究LCM的抗折和抗压强度、发光亮度和余辉时间以及微观形貌。结果表明,在发光粉掺量15%~45%、反光粉掺量0%~25%范围内,LCM的28d抗折强度和抗压强度分别在6.5~8.0MPa和40~55MPa之间;随着发光粉掺量的增加,LCM的发光亮度增大,特别是对初始发光亮度有较大影响,随着反光粉掺量的增加,LCM的的余辉时间延长;LCM在太阳光照1h后的初始发光亮度、余辉时间均比在40W日光灯照5h后的好;LCM中发光粉、反光粉均不参与水化反应,发光粉与水泥水化产物胶结,反光粉被水泥水化产物包裹,共同形成比较致密的结构。建议LCM中发光粉的掺量为15%~25%,反光粉的掺量为0~15%。Luminescent Cementitious Materials (abbr.LCM) were prepared with cement as binder and rare earth luminescent powder and reflective powder as addmixrures.Flexural strength,compressive strength,luminescent brightness,afterglow time,and micromorphology of LCM were studied by means of strength tests,fluorescence spectrophotometer,luminance meter and ESEM.Results show that when the dosage of luminescent powder are 15 %-45% and the dosage of reflective powder are 0%-25%,flexural strength and compressive strength of LCM at 28 days are 6.5 MPa-8.0 MPa and 40 MPa-55 MPa,respectively.Luminescent brightness of LCM is increased with increasing luminescent powder dosage,especially initial luminescent brightness,and afterglow time of LCM is prolonged with increasing reflective powder dosage.Luminescent brightness and afterglow time of direct sunlight after 1 hour are superior to those of 40W fluorescent lamp after 5 hours.Luminescent powder and reflective powder are not participate in hydration reaction,luminescent powder glues cement hydration product,reflective powder was wrapped by cement hydration product,which together form more dense structure.It was suggested that the dosage of luminescent powder should be 15%-45% and the dosage of reflective powder should be 0%-25%.
