摘  要:南水北调中线沙河渡槽为预应力U形渡槽,采用结构力学法初步配制该渡槽预应力筋,在叠加温度荷载后用三维有限元法进行复核。当考虑到实测的钢绞线预应力损失后,槽身局部出现了拉应力,不符合相关规范要求。为此,通过减少底部纵向钢铰线,略微增加顶部纵向钢绞线,略微增大槽端部环向钢绞线间距,同时加密跨中环向钢绞线布置,使槽身在各工况下均不出现拉应力。上述优化措施,在仅增加很少工程量的情况下,确保了渡槽的安全及施工工期。In the design process of Shahe aqueduct, a U - shape pre - stressed aqueduct in Middle Route Project of South - to - North Water Diversion, structural mechanics was applied to preliminarily calculate the layout of pre - stressed tendons, and then the calculation was checked by 3D FEM after thermal load is considered. For solving the local tension stress found on the aqueduct due to pre -stress loss of steel strands, a set of adjusting measures were adopted as follows: reducing bottom longitudinal strand while increasing top longitudinal strand slightly, and extending the space of transverse strand at two sides of the aqueduct slightly while concentrating transverse strand at middle span of the aqueduct slightly. The presented measures can eliminate tension stress on the aqueduct in all cases, thus strengthening the aqueduct safety and shortening the construction period, and only a small increment of investment is required.
