摘　　要：针对水泥装备制造企业项目进度难以控制的问题,结合企业实际和BOM(bill of material)的层次,建立了多级看板管理进度预警模型。通过典型工序的看板控制及对工序、部件、产品和项目进度预警策略,实现了进度的分级监控和预警。实际应用表明,该模型能满足对项目进度预警的要求。A multi -stage kanban management model of project schedule early- warning was developed for the project schedule control difficulty in cement equipment manufacturing enterprise. The classification monitoring and early - warning were realized by kanban control for typical process as well as early - warning strategy for processes, parts, products and project pro- gress ,which are based on the level of BOM. The practical application in enterprise was accomplished successfully in demonstrating the effectiveness of the model.
