摘　　要：针对企业采购需求、评价和选择相应的供应商对控制企业采购质量至关重要的情况,提出了质量功能展开(quality function deployment,QFD)技术,该技术能够将企业的采购需求转化为供应商评价指标体系,据此进行供应商选择。通过问卷和访谈形式获得采购需求,并用KJ法进行整理,采用Monte Carlo-AHP法对采购需求重要度进行计算及排序,改进原有供应商评价指标并整理建立新的指标体系,构建采购需求-供应商评价指标相关关系的质量屋,进而评估各供应商的技术竞争能力,对供应商进行排序和选择,实际结果表明,该方法针对性强,应用效果较好。The quality of raw materials and parts directly influences the final quality of the products, so it is very important to select appropriate suppliers to control enterprises＇ procurement quality. Quality function deployment was proposed. It can transform the procurement requirements into supplier evaluation index system, whereby selecting the supplier. The procurement demands were obtained through questionnaires and interviews, and they were arranged by the KJ method. Then the importance of purchase demand was calculated and sorted by Monte Carlo - AHP method. The original supplier evaluation index was improved and a new index system was established. The house of quality of correlation between procurement demand and supplier evaluation index was constructed, and then the supplier＇s technical competence was evaluated, sorted and selected. Practical results show that the meth- od is application -oriented and effective with strong points.
