摘 要:使用过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)交联聚乳酸以提高它的熔体强度,采用单螺杆挤出机制备了聚乳酸发泡材料。使用转矩流变仪研究了不同DCP含量PLA交联体系的流变性能;通过DSC测试研究了纯PLA及交联PLA体系的熔融以及结晶过程;同时研究了发泡试样的泡孔结构。结果表明,DCP对PLA有交联和促进降解的作用,并促进了PLA的均相成核,但对改善PLA结晶性能没有很明显的作用。PLA交联之后,熔体强度有一定提高,在DCP含量为2.5份时发泡效果最好。Dicumyl peroxide (DCP) was used to make PLA crosslinked to improve its melt strength, single crew extruder was used while the preparation with foamed materials. Using torque rheometer, the rheological properties of PLA crosslinked system with different contents of DCP were tested. The melting behavior and crystallization of the pure PLA and PLA/DCPs were characterized by different scanning calorimetry (DSC). In addition, the cell structure of the foamed samples was also deliberated. The results showed that DCP showed both crosslinking and degradation effects on PLA and the homogeneous nucleation of PLA promote. But it showed no obvious impact on improving the crystallization of PLA. After crosslinking reaction, the melt strength of PLA was enhanced, and the extrusion foaming properties of the PLA was the best when the usage of DCP was 2.5 phr respectively.
