摘 要:以水库为供水水源的建设项目在水资源论证过程中存在两个难点:供水水源的坝址来水量计算和供水能力论证。为解决以上问题,分别采用相应的水文计算和水利计算方法。文中通过对水文系列资料进行收集和代表性分析,并进行水文频率分析计算,能够推求供水水源的坝址来水过程,进而可以判断其供水能力;通过对供水水源的供水量分析,并确定兴利调节原则,进而进行供水水源兴利调节计算,可以判断供水水源为工程供水后是否仍有能力实现灌溉、发电等其它功能。There are two difficult points in water resources assessment for construction project with reservoir as the water supply source,which are the reservoir inflow calculation at dam location and water supply capacity assessment.The corresponding hydrological computation method and water conservancy computation method are adopted to solve these problems.Through the collection and representative analysis of the hydrologic series data,the analysis and calculation of the hydrologic frequency is carried out to derive the inflow process at the dam site of the reservoir as the water supply source,then the water supply capacity could be determined.Through the analysis of water supply quantity and determining the principle of profiting regulation,the profiting regulation calculation of water supply source is carried out to judge the implementation of the irrigation and power generation functions by using the remaining water of water supply source after the project water supply.
