摘 要:采用Instron5565EH电子万能材料试验机对PVC人造革的剥离强力进行测试,对试样宽度、拉伸速率、平均值计算方式等实验条件进行分析,确定了试验操作的关键点。使用最优实验条件对不同的人造革样品进行剥离强力的测试,方法可行。对PVC人造革剥离强力测试过程的不确定度来源进行分析总结,并对不确定度各个分量进行评定、合成,最后给出合成不确定度及扩展不确定度。通过不确定度的分析评定了该方法的准确性和适用性。A method for the determination of peeling strength in PVC artificial leather was developed by using Instron 5565EH electromechanical universal testing machine. The testing influence factors were studied, such as sample width, separation speed, and average peeling strength calculating method. Control points of experiment procedure are determined. Various PVC artificial leather samples were tested under the optimized condition. The main sources of uncertainty in peeling strength testing were discussed and each component of uncertainty was estimated and composed. The combined and expended uncertainties were given. The accuracy and applicability of the method were evaluated with the uncertainty analysis.
