摘　　要：长寿区位于重庆一小时经济圈内,近几年工业和城市建设取得了飞速发展,同时在改善二元结构和新农村规划建设工作方面也做了一些积极探索。该文通过梳理总结近几年长寿区新农村规划组织保障、指导思想、科学规划和建设实践等几个方面的工作经验,为以后新农村规划建设提供有益的参考。Changshou district in Chongqing is within one hour economic circle and its industry and urban construction speedily develop. It also makes ac- tive attempts to improve dual system and new countryside planning. Based on the experience of Changshou district in organization, guarding idea, scien- tific planning and construction practice, some references in planning and construction of new countryside are offered.
