恒河猴异种自然抗体滴度的测定

摘　　要：目的 :探讨不同个体恒河猴体内预存之异种自然抗体是否存在差异。方法 :培养猪股动脉内皮细胞 ,采用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)测定恒河猴异种自然抗体IgM滴度。结果 :12只猴中异种自然抗体IgM最小值为 1∶32 ,最大值为 1∶2 5 6。结论 :不同个体恒河猴异种自然抗体滴度差别较大 ,恒河猴进入异种器官移植前 ,为避免选择性偏倚 ,测定其异种自然抗体滴度是必要的。Objective:To investigate the differences of xenoreactive natural antibodies among individuals of rhesus monkeys.Method:Endothelial cells of porcine femoral artery were cultivated for detecting the antibody titers of rhesus monkeys with ELISA assay.Results:The maximum titer of xenoreactive natural antibody IgM was 1∶256 and minimum titer was 1∶32 in all 12 rhesus monkeys.Conclusion:Rhesus monkey xenoreactive natural antibody titers are greatly different among individuals.It is neccessary to detect the antibody before using rhesus monkeys for xenograft studding.
