摘  要:加强和谐劳动关系建设是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要基础。在社会转型、经济转轨的新历史条件下,劳动关系矛盾日趋凸显。针对新时期劳动关系出现的矛盾和问题,政府必须加强对劳动关系矛盾的宏观调控;完善劳动法律法规配套体系,加大劳动执法力度;建立健全合理有效的劳动关系调处和监督机制;充分发挥工会在发展和谐劳动关系中的重要作用。Reinforcing the construction of harmonious labor relationships is an important basis in constructing a socialist harmonious society. In the historic condition of social transition and economic transformation, conflicts in labor relationships become more and more prominent. To solve the conflicts and problems in the new-era labor relationships, governments must reinforce macro-adjustment and control of labor relationship conflicts, perfect the accessory system of labor laws and regulations, strengthen law enforcement, build and improve a reasonable and effective mechanism for mediating and supervising labor relationships, and also bring into play union's important roles in developing harmonious labor relationships.
