摘　　要：目的总结平阳霉素瘤内注射治疗尿道血管瘤的护理经验。方法 2例男性尿道血管瘤,以平阳霉素瘤体内注射进行治疗。结合该2例具体病例,对其治疗期间的护理配合,包括心理护理、治疗所需药品及物品的准备、治疗后的局部和并发症观察、随访等进行分析总结。结果 2例患者治疗后分别随访1个月和3各月,血管瘤基本消退,无明显严重副反应及并发症发生。结论平阳霉素瘤体内注射治疗效果确切,无明显严重副作用。全面、熟练、专业的护理配合是治疗成功的重要保证。Objective To summarizing the nursing experiences of urethral hemangioma undergoing intratumorally injection with peplomycin.Methods In the study,two cases of urethral hemangioma were treated with intratumorally injection with peplomycin.The nursing experiences among the treatment,including mental nursing,preparing appliances and drugs before the treatment,detecting local signs and complications after the treatment and following up,were analyzed and summarized.Results The two patients were followed up for one and three months respectively after the treatment,and their urethral hemangiomas vanished grossly without severe adverse reactions and complications.Conclusion The effects of intratumorally injection with peplomycin on the urethral hemangioma is sure and the adverse reactions are slight.Integrated,proficient and professional nursing is very importment to guarantee success of the treatment.
