住院中风病先兆证患者护理需求现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨住院中风病先兆证患者的护理需求现状及影响因素。方法采用护理需求量表对我院心血管内科120例住院中风病先兆证患者进行问卷调查。结果住院中风病先兆证患者的总体护理需求得分为(3.32±0.29)分,受患者的文化程度、性别和自费程度影响(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论应根据患者个人资料的具体情况实施个性化护理,及时满足患者的合理需求。Objective To understand the nursing needs and related factors in hospitalized patients with threated apoplexy syndrome.Method 120 hospitalized patients with threated apoplexy syndrome were asked to answer a nursing needs questionnaire.Results The total score of nursing needs for hospitalized patients with threated apoplexy syndrome was（3.32±0.29）,which was correlated to their cultural degree,gender,and the level of self-paying（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion Personalized care should attach importance to those patients＇ cultural degree,gender,and the level of self-paying,and meet the reasonable requirements of patients in a timely manner.
