摘 要:以涤纶基导电长丝为芯纱、锦纶低弹丝为固结纱、羊绒粗纱经牵伸后为饰纱,开发了4种抗静电羊绒花式纱线(花式平线、波形线各2种),并分别制成纬平织物.对织物的抗静电性能进行测试,对比试验结果表明,抗静电羊绒花式纱线织物的电荷面密度仅为同线密度纯羊绒织物的1/8.同时分析了花式纱线的结构和包缠捻度的大小对织物抗静电性能的影响,研究发现:花式平线的导电效果优于波形线;随着捻度增加,由抗静电羊绒花式纱线制成的织物电荷面密度有减小的迹象.Design thoughts and key points of the antistatic property of cashmere fancy yarn were studied.By choosing carbon coated polyester filament as the core yarn,low stretch nylon yarn as core-sheath yarn,cashmere roving after drafting as the role yarn,four types of antistatic cashmere fancy yarn was developed.And then,four kinds of weft plain fabric were woven respectively by these yarns.The antistatic property of fabrics was tested.The comparison shows that the surface density of charge of antistatic cashmere fancy yarn fabric is only 1/8 with the pure cashmere fabric at the same line density.Meanwhile the structure of fancy yarn and the size of the wrapping twist influence on the antistatic performance were analyzed.The result shows that the conducting effect of fancy flat line is superior to that of wave line,and with the increase of twist,the surface density charge of antistatic property of cashmere fancy yarn tends to decreas.
