农民专业合作社:从“合作”趋向“垄断”——以新疆为例

摘　　要：目前新疆农民专业合作社的发展步入了快车道,如何进一步规范农民专业合作社发展,避免农民专业合作社发展由"合作"到"垄断"的趋势成为关键。本文通过定量、定性分析,探讨了新疆农民专业合作社的合作性质体现,以及"垄断"趋势走向,提出了加强农民专业合作社规范化发展意见,以避免新形势下农民专业合作社"垄断"的出现。At present,the specialized farmers cooperatives are developing rapidly in Xinjiang province,and it is the key to further regulate their development and to avoid the tendency of the development from＂cooperation＂to＂monopoly＂.The quantitative and qualitative analysis is used to explore the cooperative nature of the specialized farmers cooperatives in Xinjiang as well as the tendency of ＂monopoly＂.The suggestions of strengthening the standardized development of the specialized farmers cooperatives are provided and the aim is to avoid the appearance of the tendency of ＂monopoly＂in the new situation.
