降纤酶治疗不稳定性心绞痛对血液流变性的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察降纤酶对不稳定性。心绞痛（UAP）的临床疗效及对血液流变性的影响。方法：40例 UAP随机分为两组，在常规抗心绞痛治疗基础上，治疗组19例用降纤酶5u；（首剂10u ）加入生理盐水150ml中静滴隔日1次共6次；对照组21例用复方丹参液30ml加入右旋糖酐-40 250ml中静滴每日1次共10次。结果：临床疗效在治疗组总有效率为89．47%，对照组则为71．43%（P< 0 ．05）；心电图疗效治疗组总有效率为78．95%，对照组则为61．90%（P< 0．05）。治疗组的血液流变学指标明显降低，与对照组有显著差异（P<0．05）。结论：降纤酶对UAP有较好疗效，并能有效改善血液流变性。Objective:To evaluate the role of defibrase(Def) for patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP) and foe effect of improving the hemorheological proprties. Methods: 40 cases of UAP were randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of conventional Oral remedy of UAP, Def group(19 cases) were treated with def 5u(10u at the first time) in 0. 9% sodium choride 150ml, iv, drip, qod, six times altogether; control group(21 cases)were treated with salvia miltiorrhiza Co. 30ml in dextran-40 250ml, iv.drip qdx10d. Results:The total effective rates of symptoms in the Def group were 89.47% and 71.43% in the control group (P< 0.05);and the total effective rates of ECG were 78.95% in the def group and 61 .90% in the control group (P> 0.05). In comparison with the control group,the Def group showed noticeable effects in improving all the hemorheological parameters observed respec- tively, (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Def is effedtive in treating Patients with UAP and in improving the hemorrheological properties.
