摘 要:以固相法制备的上转换荧光粉CaS:Eu2+,Sm3+为原料制备荧光屏,对电解质的种类及用量、水玻璃的用量、沉积厚度对荧光屏性能的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明:采用硝酸钡为电解质时,荧光屏表面平整;当水∶粉体∶水玻璃∶电解质=100∶0.03∶2.88∶0.027(质量比),退火温度为400℃时,得到的荧光屏表面平整,不存在褶皱,粉体与玻璃基片粘结效果佳;沉积厚度为0.0163 g/mm2时,荧光屏的发光性能达到最佳。With infrared up-conversion fluorescent powder CaS:Eu^2+,Sm^3+ as raw materials by solid- state reaction method, the infrared up-conversion screen were prepared. Effects of the types and adding amount of electrolyte, addition amount for binder, sedimentary thickness on the performance of fluorescent screen were studied. The results indicated that the screen had the best surface flat bonding effect when selected the barium nitrate as electrolyte and the mass ratio of water, powder, binder, electrolyte was 100 0.03: 2.88: 0. 027 and annealing temperature was 400 ℃. When the sedimentary thickness was 0.0163 g/mm^2, the screen had the best luminous performance.
