摘 要:论文在现有研究结果和部分验证试验的基础上,对评价减缩剂性能涉及的试件制作时砂浆的胶砂比与用水量、试件测试初始长度的时间确定与龄期的计算、减缩剂对砂浆(混凝土)早期收缩减少的测定、快速评价减缩剂的性能进行了分析、讨论。建议在减缩剂性能评价时,制备砂浆时灰砂比采用1∶3,用水量根据砂浆流动度达到(180±5)mm决定;试件收缩初始长度以拆模时试件的长度为准,增加从成型开始就采用非接触法测试前3 d的早期收缩;并提出增设减缩剂对降低饱和Ca(OH)2溶液表面张力降低率这一新指标快速判断减缩剂的性能。This paper on the basis of existing research results and part of the verification tests, it have analyzed and discussed the problems on the shrinkage-reducing agent performance evaluation process that cement/sand ratio and water dosage of making cement mortar specimens, time determination of the initial length for the specimen test and calculation of the age, test of shrinkage-reducing agent for early shrinkage of the cement mortar ( concrete), evaluation the performance of the shrinkage-reducing agent quickly. Finally, the recommendation is that the cement/sand ratio is 1: 3, and water dosage is determined by the fluidity of mortar at ( 180 ± 5 ) mm in pre specimen test from taking apart mold and add on testing early paration of mortar . The shrinkage of shrinkage of first three days with noncontact method, proposing a new norm for judging the performance of the shrinkage-reducing agent quickly that is reduction rate of reducing saturated Ca (OH)2 solution surface tension by shrinkage reducing agent.
