摘 要:为分析研究宁夏苦豆籽、苦豆草2个药用部位的生物碱成分及各成分含量,采用HPLC法分析测定了苦豆籽、苦豆草中槐定碱、苦参碱、氧化苦参碱、槐果碱、氧化槐果碱、苦豆碱6种生物碱成分及含量的变化,以期为综合开发利用苦豆子这一具有地域性特色的药用植物提供参考。结果表明:槐定碱、氧化苦参碱、氧化槐果碱、苦参碱、槐果碱的含量在苦豆子药材不同药用部位中存在明显差异;其质量浓度和峰面积在线性范围内,呈良好的线性关系(R≥0.999),加样平均回收率分别为97.6%、98.2%、99.5%、96.4%、100.2%,RSD分别为2.7%、1.9%、3.8%、0.91%、2.2%。In order to analysis the alkaloids kinds and their contents in Sophora alopecuroides L and its ground dry section, the composition and contents changes of sophoridine, matrine, oxymatrine, sophocarpine, oxysophocarpine, aloperine in them were determined by HPLC, in order to provide a reference for the development and utilization of Sophora alopecuroides L which is a medicinal plant with regional characteristics. The results showed that the contents of sophoridine, rnatrine, oxyrnatrine,sophocarpine and oxysophocarpine had significant difference in different medicinal parts of Sophora alopecuroides L. Its mass concentration and peak area showed a good linear relationship (R≥0. 999) within the linear range,and the average recovery was 97. 6% ,98. 2% ,99. 5% ,96. 4% ,100. 2% ,RSD were 2. 7% ,l. 9% ,3. 8%,0. 91%,2. 2%.
