摘 要:针对复杂机械结构在不同特性分析时,简化过程繁杂,仿真分析效率低,简化规则难以重用等问题,提出了一种面向特性分析的CAD模型快速简化方法.该方法结合规则与模糊简化判定,并采用知识库技术支持模型简化与规则重用过程.开发了集成快速简化平台,以核电闸阀产品的结构设计为例进行验证.实例证明:所提方法解决了以往简化工作量大,效率低等缺点,在构建有限元分析模型时具有高效性.Aiming at the problems such as complicated simplification process, low efficiency in simulation and difficulty in simplification rules reuse of complex mechanical structure in different characteristic analyses, a rapid CAD model simplification method is put forward, which is based on the idea of combining rules simplified judgment with fuzzy simplified judgment, and introducing knowledge base to support the reuse process of model simplification rules. A prototype system is developed based on this model. Taking structure design of nuclear gate valve product as example, it proves that proposed technique can overcome the shortcomings of heavy workload and low efficiency in model simplification process, and has a high effectiveness at building finite element analysis models.
