摘　　要：为了探讨大豆黄酮对产蛋期辽宁豁眼鹅血液生理生化指标的影响,试验选取25月龄辽宁豁眼鹅母鹅90只随机分为对照组、试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ,每组设3个重复,每个重复10只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ分别饲喂按3 mg/kg和6 mg/kg水平添加大豆黄酮的日粮,于试验第7,14,21天检测血液生理生化指标,并进行统计分析。结果表明:大豆黄酮可以在一定程度上影响豁眼鹅的脂肪代谢,提高血清总蛋白和葡萄糖的含量,稳定血清钙含量。To explore the effects of daidzein on blood physiological and biochemical indices in laying Liaoning Huoyan geese, ninety 25 - month - old Liaoning Huoyan female geese were randomly divided into three groups with three replicates of ten geese each, including the control group and two experimental groups. The control group was fed basal diet, and the experimental group I and group II were fed basal diet containing 3 mg/kg and 6 mg/kg level of daidzein, respectively. The blood samples were collected at 7 d, 14 d and 21 d after the beginning of the experi- ment, and used for the detection and analysis of blood the physiological and biochemical indices. The results showed that daidzein could affect fat metabolism of Huoyan geese in a certain extent, increase serum total protein and glucose contents, and stabilize serum calcium content.
