摘　　要：为了进一步研究ApoB100在肝脏脂肪代谢中的功能,试验采用构建pET-28a-ApoB100表达质粒的方法对其进行研究。结果表明:用IPTG成功诱导表达出ApoB100蛋白,并且获得了高效价多克隆抗体。说明表达质粒pET-28a-ApoB100构建成功。To further study the function of apolipoprotein B （ApoB） 100 gene On the liver fat metabolism, the recombinant expression vector pET -28a -ApoB100 was constructed with target gene and pET -28a vector in this test. The results showed that fusion protein ApoB100 was successfully expressed after inducting by IPTG, and then a high -titer polyclonal antibody was obtained. It is indicated that an expression plas- mid pET- 28a- ApoB100 is successfully constructed.
