摘　　要：随着体细胞核移植技术的迅猛发展,核移植技术在理论和实践中具有极其重要的应用价值,不断深入研究核移植胚胎的发育机理,提高核移植胚胎的发育潜力具有极其重要的意义。文章针对核移植胚胎发育的机理进行探讨,以期不断提高核移植胚胎发育效率,完善核移植技术理论和体系,为核移植技术的进一步深入研究和向前发展做好铺垫。With the rapid development of the somatic - cell nuclear transfer technology, the technology of nuclear transfer has an extremely important application value in theory and practice. Therefore, there is of great significance for us to continue to do intensive research in develop- mental mechanism of the nuclear transfer embryo, and promote the developmental potential of nuclear transfer embryos. The present paper is fo- cused on developmental mechanism of nuclear transfer embryos in order to increase the developmental efficiency of nuclear transfer embryo, and perfect the technology and theory system, paving the way for the further in - depth research and development.
