摘　　要：为了研究雏鸡骨骼肌微血管内皮细胞的超微结构,试验选取8只体重相近的健康雏鸡,取样并制作超薄切片,用透射电镜对内皮细胞进行观察。结果表明:骨骼肌微血管内皮细胞含量丰富,且相互连续交叠紧密排列;细胞核多呈不规则形状,向腔外突出,核内染色质分布均匀。To study the ultrastructures of microvascular endothelial cells of skeletal muscle in chicks, eight healthy chicks with similar body weight were selected and sampled to produce ultra - thin sections in the experiment. The ultrastructures of endothelial ceils were observed using transmission electron microscope. The results showed that the mierovascular endothelial cells were abundant in the skeletal muscle, which were continuously overlaped and closely spaced with each other; the nuclei with irregular shapes, protruded to the cavity, and the uniform distribu- tion was found in the nuclear chromatin.
