摘　　要：采用评分量表对江西省3县456名乡镇卫生院医生的医疗保健服务技能进行了评定,分析了不同专业医生的技能状况及存在问题,提出了有关政策建议。The basic health care competence,clinical skill,special ability of 456 doctors in township hospital have been assessmented by rating scale. The present condition and existing problems of doctors' performance among various departments have been analysised. Some policy-oriented suggestions on improve health care performance of doctors in township hospital were also made by the authors in this paper.
