Effects of Heparin,Lidocaine,Aspirin and Smoking on the Healing Process of Endothelial Cells in the Anastomotic Artery in Rats

摘  要:目的 观察肝素、利多卡因、阿司匹林等药物及香烟对血管吻合口内皮细胞的愈合方式与过程的影响。方法 雄性Wistar大鼠 2 32只 ,按各组术后时间切取吻合口部位的血管壁作标本 ,用扫描电镜观察。结果 肝素、利多卡因、阿司匹林能抑制血小板在针孔处黏附聚集 ;促进纤维蛋白覆盖也促进血管内皮细胞早期向吻合口移行生长。大鼠被动吸烟则使血管吻合口处血小板聚集增多 ,时间延长 ,并延缓纤维蛋白在吻合口上的覆盖 ,抑制内皮细胞生长。结论 肝素、利多卡因、阿司匹林有促进血管吻合口内皮细胞生长愈合的作用。吸烟则抑制血管内皮细胞生长。Purpose To investigate the way and procedure in which aspirin,heparin,lidocaine and smoking affect healing of endothelial cells in the anastomotic segment of the artery. Methods At different postoperative intervals,the anastomotic segments of arteries from 232 male Wistar rats were harvested and prepared as the sample for scanning electron microscopic observation. Results Heparin,lidocaine and aspirin inhibited platelet aggregation in the pinhole,and stimulated fibrin and endothelial cells to cover the anastomotic site of the arteries.Passive smoking increased platelet aggregation at the anastomotic site of the arteries while the aggregation time was prolonged.Passive smoking also delayed fibrin coverage on the anastomotic site and inhibited growth of endothelial cells. Conclusions Heparin,lidocaine and aspirin may exert beneficial effect on promoting growth and healing of endothelial cells at vascular anastomotic site of the artery.On the contrary,smoking inhibits growth of endothelial cells.Therefore,this work has provided the experimental evidence to elucidate the role of these factors in the prevention and treatment of thrombosis and vascular spasm after vascular anastomosis.
