石龙子前背侧室嵴嘴外侧区突触的研究

摘　　要：用透射电镜观察石龙子前背侧室嵴嘴外侧区突触结构类型、联系方式。在 6 4 3例突触中 ,Gray 型突触占 586例 ,Gray 型突触 56例 ,电突触 1例 ;联系方式有轴 -树突触 581例 ,触 -体突触 45例 ,轴 -轴突触1 1例 ,树 -树突触 5例 ;通过这些方式再组成汇聚联系、扩散联系、串联联系和并联联系等 ;突触小泡有小而圆的清亮小泡、大而圆的实心小泡、椭圆型小泡及混合型小泡 ,且以小而圆的清亮小泡为主。经过比较 ,分析爬行动物前背侧室嵴与哺乳类新皮质结构的关系。The types of synapses,connected modes and some morphological features of the synaptic submicroscopic structures on the rostrolateral area of anterior dorsal ventricular ridge (ADVR) in lizard eumeces chinensis were studied by means of transmission electron microscope.A total of 643 synapses were observed and described.Among them there were 586 Gray I synapses,56 Gray Ⅱ synapses and one eletrotonic synapse.In the connected modes of these synapses 581 were axo dentritic,45 axo somatic,11 axo axonic,5 dendro dentritic.Through these modes of assemble,diffused,parallel and seria like synapses could also be found.There were different vesicles in various synapses,such as large dense cored vesicles,small empty cored vesicles.The relationship between ADVR of reptile and neocortex of mammals were discussed comparatively.
