舒适护理对宫颈癌放射治疗患者的疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的观察舒适护理对宫颈癌放射治疗患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法将行放射治疗的93例宫颈癌患者随机分为观察组(48例)和对照组(45例),对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者给予舒适护理措施;对比两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、患者焦虑抑郁改善情况及对护理质量的满意度。结果观察组患者治疗后总有效率为85.4%,对照组为75.6%,两组差异有统计学意义(2=4.026,P<0.05);观察组患者经过护理后相应并发症发生率明显减少,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者焦虑评价量表(SAS)和抑郁评价量表(SDS)评分明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理质量的满意度和信任度均显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理干预可以明显提高宫颈癌放射治疗患者的临床疗效,降低相关并发症发生率,提高患者对护理的满意度和信赖程度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observation the clinical efficacy and safety of comfortable nursing care on radiation therapy of patients with cervical cancer.Methods The cervical cancer patients radiotherapy in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group received routine nursing care,the intervention group received comfort nursing measures;Compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect,adverse reaction of patients with anxiety and depression,improve nursing quality and satisfaction.Results The observation group after treatment,the total effective rate was 85.4%,75.6% in the control group,compared two groups,the observation group the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group（2= 4.026,P 0.05）;The observation group after the corresponding nursing complication rate decreased significantly,compared with the control group differences between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The observation group SAS,SDS score was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 0.05）,patient satisfaction and trust of the nursing quality was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusions Comfortable nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with cervical cancer,reduce the incidence of complications,improve satisfaction and trust degree,has significant social and economic benefits,it is worthy of clinical application.
