科素亚的抗高血压及对左室肥厚的逆转作用

摘　　要：目的 :观察科素亚降压疗效及其对原发性高血压 (EH)左室肥厚 (L VH)的逆转作用。方法 :83例患者口服科素亚 5 0～ 10 0 mg,每天 1次 ,治疗 8周 ,用动态血压仪记录科素亚治疗 EH患者的降压效果 ,用超声心动图测量 L VH患者的左心肥厚的改善情况。结果 :科素亚可使 2 4h血压平稳下降且左室质量指数较治疗前减低 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :科素亚能有效地控制血压的升高 ,对 EH的 L VH有逆转作用。Objective:To investigate the antihypertensive effect of cozaar and its effects on reducing left ventricular hypertrophy in essential hypertension (EH).Method:83 patients with EH were given cozaar 50～100 mg once daily for 8 weeks.The blood pressure was recorded by ABPM, after 8 week treatment.Comparsion of thickness of ventricle by heart Doppler ultrasound was made at the same time.Result:After 8 weeks of therapy, and the left ventricular mass indices were reduced (P< 0.01 ).Conclusion:Cozaar treatment not only decreased the hypertension but also remodel the hypertrophied ventricle.
