运脾复方对小儿厌食症动物模型下丘脑β-内啡肽的影响

摘　　要：目的　研究运脾复方儿宝颗粒对小儿厌食症动物模型下丘脑 β-内啡肽的影响 ,探讨运脾复方治疗小儿厌食症的机制。方法　用病因模拟法建立幼龄大鼠厌食模型 ,用放免检测和免疫组化 ABC法分析模型动物下丘脑β-内啡肽的含量。结果　模型动物下丘脑 β-内啡肽合成减少 ,分泌活动相对增强 ;运脾复方能促进下丘脑 β-内啡肽的合成和分泌。结论　 β-内啡肽在小儿厌食症发病中起一定作用 ,运脾复方可通过增加下丘脑β-内啡肽的合成和分泌 。Objective:To study the effects of Yunpi Fufang Erbao Guanules onβ- EP in the hypothalamus ofjuve- nile rat model with anorexia. Methods:the model was established by imitating the major cause of children anorexia. Theβ- EP concentration in hypothalamus of animals was examined by radioimmunoassay and im- munohistochemistry. Result:theβ- EP synthesize decreased in hypothalamus ofmodel ( p<0 .0 5) ,while its secretion increased relatively.Conclusion:Yunpi Fufang was effective on increasingβ- EP synthesize and se- cretion of the model.
