四君子汤体外对ConA诱导的小鼠脾细胞表达IL-3mRNA的影响

摘　　要：用斑点杂交法分析了四君子汤体外对 Con A诱导的小鼠脾细胞表达 IL - 3m RNA的影响 ,结果四君子汤使鼠脾细胞表达 IL- 3m RNA在 2 0 h左右达高峰 ,有效剂量范围较大 (2 5 mg/ ml～ 40 0 mg/ ml) ,尤以 10 0 mg/ ml浓度效果为佳 ,提示四君子汤促进造血的作用与其提高 T细胞表达 IL- 3mSpotting hybredism method was used to analyse the effectof Si Junzi decoction on IL- 3m RNA expres- sion of ratspleen cellsinduced by Con A in vitro,the resultshowed that Si Junzi decoction made the ratcells expression IL- 3m RNA reach the top at2 0 hours,and had greater range of effective dosage( 2 5mg/ml～ 40 0 mg/ml) ,especially the effect atthe concentration of1 0 0 mg/ml was the best,itwas indicated thatthe function of Si Junzi decoction's promoting hemopoiesis was related to its increasing T cell expression IL- 3m RNA.
