珍珠明目滴眼液的药效学初步研究

摘　　要：以珍珠明目滴眼液局部给药 ,对巴豆油所致兔眼结膜炎有明显的抑制作用 ,对巴豆油所致小鼠耳廓肿胀有一定的抑制作用 ;本品滴眼对兔眼瞳孔有较弱的扩张作用 ,对大鼠离体胃肌条有直接松弛作用 ,并有拮抗乙酰胆碱兴奋胃肌条的作用。以上作用给其临床用于结膜炎、视力疲劳症提供了一定的实验依据。Particular use of Pear Bright Eyedrop can prominently provide inhibition to conjunctivitis of hare eye and auricle swelling of small mouse,which are caused by Croton Oil.This product would have less effect on the dilation of hare eye pupil and direcly relax the stomach muscle strip of big mouse.It would resist acetyl choline and excite stomach muscle strip.These effects will provide certain experiment basis for the clinic use of conjunctivitis and vision strain.
