摘　　要：采用高效液相法测定复方溶液中醋酸洗必泰的含量 ,以 HYPERSIL BDS为固定相 ,甲醇 -水相 (取磷酸二氢钾 4g,三乙胺 2 .5 ml,十二烷基苯磺酸钠 1g,加水至 10 0 0 m L,并用磷酸调节 p H至 2 .5 ) (80∶ 2 0 )为流动相 ,紫外检测波长为 2 60 nm,平均回收率为 96.2 5 % ,RSD为 0 .62 %。方法简单 ,准确。A HPLC method is described for the determination of chlorhexidine acetate in compound solution on a BDS column using methol buffer solution (80∶20)as mobile phase.The buffer solution contains 4g potassium dihydrogen phosphate,2.5mL triethylamine,1g sodium dodecylbenzensulfonate in 1000 mL water solution and adjust to pH2.5 with phosphoric acid.The UV detection wavelength was 260nm.It discussed that The influence of column packing,pH,triethylamine,sodium dodecylbenzensulfonate on chromatographic behavior of chlorhexidine acetate.The method is simple,sensitive and suitable for the determination of the compound solution.
