摘　　要：细胞因子在人体内含 量极微,但功能极强。因此细胞因子的检测在临床上有非常重要的意义。本文介绍了4种细胞因子的检测方法,并从方法学和应用角度给出了简要评价。Although their con-centration is very small in serum, cytokines have powerful functions in the human im-munology system. The measurement of cy-tokine is of particular importance in the clinical applications. In this article, 4 methods of measurement on cytokine are given and re-spectively a brief comment is made on the ba-sis of its methodology and application.
