摘　　要：以高性能高氯化聚乙烯树脂与热塑性丙烯酸树脂为主要成膜物,制备了单组分、附着力好、防腐性能优异、干燥速度快及耐候性优良的高氯化聚乙烯防腐涂料。适合在铸管、管件等内外表面作防腐涂层应用,且性价比高,得以代替传统的沥青防腐涂料。One-component highly chorined polyethylene anti-corrosion coatings is prepared with HCPE resin and thermoplastic acrylic resin as major film-building materials. The coatings has good properties in adhesion, anticorrosion, fast drying and weather resistance. It is suitable for ductile iron pipe production line to replace the common asphalt anti-corrosion coatings.
