摘　　要：介绍了在汽车涂料选材过程中,应用正交试验的可行性。通过对清漆选材DOE案例进行描述,找出较优水平,经过验证确定最佳的清漆材料以及配套的工艺参数。强调了在汽车涂料选材过程中要寻求合适的方法,以期得到事半功倍的效果。This article analyzes the feasibility of orthogonal test method in automotive coatings raw material selection. Through describing clearcoat raw material selection DOE case, less than optimum level is found to decide the optimal raw materials and matching technical parameters. The importance of automotive coatings raw material selection is highlighted to achieve optimal results.
