摘　　要：目的分析IQ 200全自动尿沉渣分析仪RBC假阳性的原因。方法对IQ 200尿沉渣分析仪所测的RBC阳性标本进行显微镜复检。结果 523例阳性标本中160例为假阳性,假阳性率为30.6%;其中110例可直接在IQ 200尿沉渣分析仪编辑屏幕上重新正确分类,假阳性率也减至12.1%结论造成RBC假阳性的原因有:酵母菌孢子、结晶(尤其是草酸钙结晶)、卵磷脂小体和脂肪滴等;在实际工作中,应不断积累经验,增强识别假阳性图像的能力,并同时结合显微镜复检,以进一步提高IQ 200尿沉渣分析仪检测结果的准确性。Objective Analyse the reasons which lead to the false positiveresults of RBCin the application of IQ 200 automatic urine dreg analyzer.Methods Reinspectthe samples,which were positive in RBC measured inthe IQ 200 automatic urine dreg analyzer,by microscope.Results 160 in 523（all the 523 samples were positive in RBC in IQ200） samples were false positive in RBC,the false-positive rate was 30.6%;110 samples can be correctly classified again by using the IQ 200 urine dreg analyzer,and the false-positive rate reduced to 12.1%.Conclusions Reasons lead to false positive in RBC including： yeast spores,crystal（especially calcium oxalate）,lecithin and fat drops,etc.;For improve the accuracy of IQ 200 urine dreg analyzer,docimasters should reinspectthe samples by microscope andenhance individual competency.
