摘　　要：结合贵阳勘测设计研究院实际,在加强和改进党对工会工作的领导,充分发挥基层工会组织密切联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带作用,构建和谐企业以及和谐社会,以党组织创先争优带动工会组织创先争优等方面进行了探索和分析,并在以党建促进工建,构建和谐贵阳院等方面提出了进一步的要求。In accordance with the reality of Hydrochina Guiyang Engineering Corporation, the exploration and analysis are made in the aspects such as strengthening and improving the leadership of the Party on the Union, fully playing the role of bridge and tie for closely contacting with the masses by the primary Trade Union organization, building harmonious enterprise and harmonious society, driving the activities of creating advance and striving for excellence of Trade Union organization by the similar activities of the Party, etc. , furthermore, some requirements on promoting Trade Union organization construction with the Communist Party organization construction and building harmonious Hydrochina Guiyang Engineering Corporation are put forward as well.
