摘 要:某水电站地处寒冷地区,由高坝大库组成,在预可研前期泄水系统作了放空洞参与施工度汛的方案。该方案设置的中层放空洞弧门孔口尺寸大、挡水及运行水头高,设计难度大。因此,以传统的设计思路,不仅其门叶、支臂、支铰的制造、运输及安装难度大,而且其启闭设备的技术水平要求也很高,实现的难度大。加之,若其水封采用技术成熟、经济性较好的充压式止水型式在低温情况下存在管路冻住失效的风险,不利于弧门的安全运行。因而,本文针对以上问题对该大孔口深孔弧形闸门的结构、水封、门槽及启闭设备型式进行了分析比较,并提出相应的解决方案,可为后续类似弧形闸门的设计提供一些借鉴和参考。A hydropower station is situated in a cold region and consists of high dam and large reservoir; for which the water dis- charge system is to be taken as an emptying tunnel in the prior period of the pre-feasibility study for the construction during flood season. In this scheme, the opening size of the radial gate for the medium emptying tunnel is large with high head for water retai- ning and operation, and then its design difficulty is rare in the world. Thus, not only the manufacture, transportation and installa- tion of its leaf, arm, trnnion are quite difficult, hut the technical requirement on its hoisting equipment is also higher with a large difficulty to be realized under the conventional design concept. Furthermore, if the type of pressure-filled water stop with mature technique and better technology economy is adopted for its water-seal, the risk of its failure caused by the freeze of the pipeline will occur under a lower temperature condition, which is uufavorable to the safe operation of the gate. Therefore, the structure, water-seal, gate slot and hoisting equipment of this large deep-outlet radial gate are analyzed herein in accordance with the prob- lems mentioned above. Moreover, the corresponding solving schemes concerned are put forward, so as to provide some references for the successive similar radial gate.
