摘　　要：指标体系建构是知识产权战略实施评估的基础。本文运用规范研究方法,以"输入—转换—输出"为逻辑框架,从资源投入、管理与服务、成果产出、影响四个维度,构建了包含4项一级指标、13项二级指标、35项三级指标的知识产权战略实施绩效评估指标体系,旨在为推进区域知识产权战略实施提供理论支持。the construction of index system is the basis of the implementation of intellectual property strategy evaluation. Based on the ＂＇input-conversion-output＂as the logical framework, the index system of performance evaluation of intellectual property strategy is constructed from four dimensions of resources, management and service, achievements, implementation, which contains 4 level indicators, 13 two level indexes, 35 three level indexes, in order to provide theoretical support for the implementation of the regional intellectual property strategy.
