摘　　要：目的:探讨心理资本和大学生适应在班级特色上的差异。方法:采用积极心理资本问卷和中国大学生量表对兰州大学翠英班、基地班、其他班级进行测量。结果:心理资本在班级特色上存在显著差异,但仅仅表现在自我效能上的显著差异;大学生适应在班级上不存在显著差异,但其学习适应维度存在显著差异。结论:培养杰出人才,不仅要重视学生的学习成绩,也要重视学生的基本心理素质。objective： To study the psychological capi- tal and college students adapt to differences in the class characteristics. Methods： Using Positive psychological capital questionnaire and Scale of the Chinese college students to measure Lanzhou university students of cuiying classes, jidi classes and base classes. Results： Psychological capital is Significant differences on the class characteristics, but only show the significant differences in self-efficacy; there is no significant difference in the class to college students adaptation level, but its learning to adapt to the dimensions exist significant differences. Conclusion： Cultivate outstanding talents, should not only attach importance to students＇ academic performance, also should attach great importance to the basic psychological quality of students.
