摘 要:研究了深水立管顶端柔性节点从传统柔性节点到高温高压柔性节点,再到防失效双重保护柔性节点的整个发展过程。从结构上对比分析了这3种柔性节点的适用范围及设计要求。在对柔性节点进行整体研究的基础上,分析了柔性节点的插座、防护罩和运输工具等系列附件。以高温高压柔性节点为例,详细设计了柔性节点的内部结构和根据要求选择不同的尺寸。为柔性节点进一步的设计制造奠定基础。Study the entire development process of the flexible ioint, which is on the top of the deepwater riser, from the Traditional Flexible Joint to the High Temperature High Pressure Flex- ible Joint,to the Fail Safe Double Barrier Flexible Joint. In the overall study of the flexible joint based on the analysis of flexible joint attachment, such as sockets, protective cover, and means of transport. The application and design requirements contrastively analyzed from the structure of this three flexible joint. As example to High Temperature High Pressure Flexible Joint, the de- tailed design of the internal structure of the flexible joint and upon request to select a different size. Also this will laid the foundation for further design and manufacture of flexible joint.
