摘  要:针对油田节能增产的开发需要,开展了有杆泵深抽助力技术研究。该技术通过降低抽油机悬点载荷,进一步加深泵挂,提高油井产液量,达到降本增效的目的。通过对助力深抽机理的研究,介绍了助力深抽系统的结构组成、工作原理、配套技术以及现场应用情况。现场应用结果表明:抽油机悬点载荷降低约20%~30%,平均日增油5t/d;可替代部分电泵生产,节电率70%以上,经济效益和社会效益显著。In order to meet the need of energy saving and output increase in the oilfield,load reduc- ing technology for sucker rod pumping was studied,which can increase pump depth,improve oil production by means of reducing jack load of pumping well. Structural composition,working prin- ciple,matching technology and application in field of load reducing technology are introduced through the mechanism research of load reducing. Through 8 Wells in field application, results show that jack load of pumping well reduced by 20%-30%,oil output increased 5 t in a single well per day,and part of electric pump can be replaced with energy saving rate of more than 70%, the economic benefit and social benefit is remarkable.
