摘  要:针对潜油电泵在塔河油田稠油、超稠油开采过程中,特别是需进行注水替油的井中,机组寿命明显缩短的问题,研制了新型电泵井采油注水一体化管柱。该管柱在实现同管柱采油、注水的基础上,通过正注水,避开了注入水与电缆的接触,避免注入水对电缆的损坏;通过筛管和混配器,提高了稠油、稀油的混合效果,降低了原油入泵黏度,减少故障停机,达到提高机组寿命、延长检泵周期的目的。现场应用表明:一体化管柱性能稳定,未发生因原油入泵黏度过高引起的故障停机,检泵周期由平均379d提高到435d,达到设计要求,取得了良好的应用效果。According to the short life of electric submersible pump in the heavy oil extraction process,especially the water injection wells of Tahe oilfield,a new type of integration string was developed for improving the electric pump life. This string is mainly composed of tubing string, self-developed downhole valve, pump, motor, guided flow dome, sieve tube and mixer, etc. On the basis of achieved the goal of oil production and water injection in the same string,and this string can make the cable not contacting with water,to avoid water damaging to the cable in the injection process. Sieve tube and mixer can reduce the viscosity of crude oil effectively, and reduce down- time caused due to the failure to improve the life of motor. Field application indicates the integra- tion string performance is stable. No downtime happened because of the crude oil into the pump viscosity high. The pump detection period by an average of 379 d to 435 d,and achieved good prac- tical effects.
