摘　　要：益生菌作为一种微生物饲料添加剂,适量添加可以对宿主产生多种有益影响,其中调节机体的胆固醇代谢是其有益作用之一。本文从介绍蛋鸡胆固醇代谢特点出发,总结了益生菌对蛋鸡胆固醇代谢调节作用及其机制的主要研究进展,目的是为今后益生菌的研究与应用提供一定的参考依据。Probiotics as microbial feed additives have various beneficial effects on the host when administered in adequate amounts, such as the regulation of cholesterol metabolism of laying hens. The paper reviews recent advances about the effects of probiotics on cholesterol metabolism and relevant underlying mechanisms based on the cholesterol metabolism character of laying hens to provide references for the further researches and the ap- plication of probiotics.
